If you are simply looking to offer wellness learning opportunities for your employees, we give offer learning sessions on a variety of topics related to health and well-being. We can coordinate special “Care 4 You” days with wellness activities for staff to immerse themselves in as a way to give back and show your employees that they have permission to take care of themselves. Set-up a Self-Care Academy to immerse yourself and your employees into hands-on experiential training in self-care. In-person or virtual options offered.
