Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese healing technique developed in the early 20th century. The word combines rei (universal) and ki (life energy) — the same concept as qi in Chinese medicine or prana in Ayurveda.
Reiki works with energy, and energy is not limited by physical distance. During a virtual session, the practitioner holds intentional focus and channels healing energy to you wherever you are. You simply find a comfortable, quiet place to lie down or recline, open the video call, and receive.
Sessions are deeply relaxing. Many clients report feelings of warmth, tingling, peaceful calm, emotional release, and a renewed sense of clarity — the same experiences reported in in-person sessions.

All sessions are offered via a sliding scale. Choose the rate that honestly reflects your financial situation.
Focused Session
25 Minutes · Virtual
Great for a tune-up, first-time experience, or when time is limited. Targets a primary area of focus.
Full Session
50 Minutes · Virtual
A complete, unhurried experience working through the full body. Includes time for sharing and intention-setting.
How the Sliding Scale Works
A sliding scale makes healing accessible regardless of income. You choose your rate. No questions asked, no judgment. There is no “right” answer. Please choose honestly so that this model can remain sustainable for everyone.
Payment accepted via Venmo or PayPal. Details provided upon booking confirmation. If you choose Zoom for your session, the link will also be included in your confirmation email. If you choose FaceTime, I will initiate the call at your session start time.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, we understand. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged the full session fee. To cancel, simply use the link provided in your confirmation email.

Choose a time that works for you — Tuesday through Thursday, 7:30 AM – 3:45 PM or Sunday, 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM and 6:15 PM – 7:45 PM (all times Central) — and select your preferred platform when prompted. Your meeting link will arrive in your confirmation email.
