Chamomile: Introduction of Wellness Offerings
If you simply are looking to offer wellness learning opportunities for your employees, we give presentations on a variety of topics related to health and well-being. These workshops support Compassion Resilience, trauma-informed schools, equity practices, and social-emotional learning. To learn more, visit our Professional Development page.

“Caring For You” Days: Wellness Opportunities for staff on PD Days
We coordinate wellness activities for staff on Professional Development days to help support Compassion Resilience and self-care as part of Trauma-Informed and Social-Emotional care and learning. Simply let us know how much time you have, any special requests or requirements and we’ll organize the rest to show your staff that they have permission to take care of themselves. Since we’re taking care of it all, the administration staff are free to become role models for their staff by engaging in the activities as well.

Kombucha: Allowing Steeping Wellness to “Take the Wheel”
Over the past two years, we’ve had some amazing conversations to guide us to what our clients really need from us. What we’ve learned takes us to our newest offering: Kombucha. The last thing we want to do is add to someone’s workload who is already overworked and stressed out. The Kombucha package allows Steeping Wellness to take the wheel of the wellness program and we become the drivers. We use survey data, input from district teams including administration, and our experience to create a customized wellness plan. From there, we send the district communications, organize all offerings, and lead wellness team meetings. The package is completely customizable, based on the needs of the district. Through this package, we’ve seen wellness programs that couldn’t get off the ground really come alive – invigorating staff and students and encouraging them to live their best lives.

Jasmine/Green/Earl Grey Packages
Progression of programs to build your program – We support district wellness teams and/or champions to guide them towards sustainable wellness programs to shift culture and build in strength each year.

Jasmine: We create the plan, you implement the plan
Support for a school district who is wanting to build a strong wellness program. Includes an initial analysis; meetings with administration and district leaders; surveys; a thorough action plan including timelines, additional suggestions, roles and responsibilities; monthly communication packages; mid-year check-in; qualitative and quantitative data analysis; final data reports and suggestions at a year-end meeting; and continuous support throughout the year from Steeping Wellness and more.

Green Tea: We create the plan and assist a wellness champion to implement the plan.
The Green Tea package helps to develop systems and lay the groundwork for a successful wellness program. This package includes champions and leaders in the district to ensure there is plentiful support for shifting to a culture of well-being. Using the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child model as a guide, we develop teams to ensure a holistic, sustainable approach to wellness in your district. Statistics have shown that as a result of The Green Tea programming, leaders modeling good health practices increased at least 21% during this year, helping to create a supportive environment for staff. This package includes the creation/support of the following: policy, mission/vision, team creation, goals, funding possibilities, leadership training, and more.

The Earl Grey: We support a wellness champion in creating their own plan and continue to provide training for the wellness champion as they come into their own.
The Earl Grey program empowers district wellness leaders to run the wellness program on their own. Once we have solid data to work with and a year of foundation-building under our belt, it’s time to determine how the district will continue to build their wellness program into their own, unique brand. The focus this year is to create solid goals and plans for this year and years to come. All steps below will be completed by the district wellness leader with the direct support of Steeping Wellness. We assist in guiding the planning and preparation (as needed) for the wellness program, but ultimately the leader is in charge of decision-making. This package provides: Support for Wellness Coordinator as they transition into their role and the district learns how to “fly on their own”, continued coordination of all available resources, and more.
